If you have wondered how to meditate, read this and feel free to practice!!

Note that meditation cannot be practiced in defined time period. Also, this activity is independent of place, time and mood variations.

You can meditate anyplace irrespective of people, noise or background.

Meditation is an activity which can be done by anyone who is alive and breathing. To explain this, it is an activity for which “Driver” is already installed in our body at the time of birth. Same way when we plug new mouse to our laptop, it searches for driver and installs automatically.

Know little more:

To do meditation, I would recommend that start doing it alone in an noise free room to start with. One has to close eyes while doing this other than if he/she is not deflected by seeing things.

At the time while meditating, please observe your breadth going inside and coming outside. If you sit for more than 30 minutes, you would observe that your breadth inside is more than coming outside. Ideally, this is good because if one has to understand life, the breadth is life nothing else.

If you have more breadth inside, you are providing more oxygen to all organs. For example, if you took 10 units of oxygen inside and you took out 7-8 units of oxygen outside which means you have absorbed 3 units of oxygen inside of your body. In turn, it means your body has consumed 3 units of oxygen inside of your body into some organs beautifully. So take deep breaths if you can but do not pressurize as nature does not hurry or brings something in pressure

Post this activity after 30 minutes, your body would start absorbing oxygen and then surely it would impact in your blood pressure. So note your BP before and after meditation. To make it concise, you have done simple breathing exercise before the start of meditation.

Now, when you have done this for some days, start doing meditation with clearing your mind with any thoughts in it. Surely it is very difficult but try it!!

When you have practised this for some days or week, would recommend adding this to the mind which is this:

Ask for blessing with every unit of breadth you take, to every organ of body

Observe breadth i.e. prana going into every corner of body – observe seeing it

Starting from toe nail to top of head, feel the blessing in form of breadth entering and blessing

This breadth is nothing but “blessings” in disguise. Understand, when we take this breadth inside through body freely from nature around, it is completly “FREE”. When same breadth is provided in hospital or health care centre, it is charged per hour / day

( I say this way, this is the amount of money provided by GOD which is limited per person in life. When this is lost, no medical science can replace it for rest of life)

Ideally by doing this activity for some days or months, you start to see following differences:

a) your body would become little light while breathing

b) your mind would become little more silent in thoughts and emotions

c) your reactions to thoughts would become more slow

d) Your mind would start emptying noise

e) last, you can observe that your countenance would start changing over period of time for certain negative thoughts

Observe that in life, “LESS” is always More

When restricting everything from food, thoughts, emotions, clubbing or anything else to less; we are heading towards balanced rather controlled self!!
