How to do meditation for beginners at home can be termed as an activity which cannot be attached for all individuals the same way like a laundry list; one has to get to know this on their own, yes it does involve the way we breathe in

Some can call this as an mindfulness meditation or meditation for beginners but fact is one cannot become so sensitive while defining meditation for himself that it cannot be explained to any one i.e. one claiming that I cannot define what experience I have in doing Meditation/ meditation for beginners, it is a state of relaxation for inner peace

“It does transcend individual from present state to calm state within sometime” it is a ZEN of thoughts and calmness

Meditation/ meditation for beginners is also good for better sleep and reducing anxiety too – though some would look for concentration/focus which is needed in their profession more


It is not a VIP activity which cannot be understood by common people; only celebrities or privileged one can enjoy its benefits

Some do look for varied methods i.e. Buddha meditation, Vipassana or some guided meditation practice but believe in this thought, as a practitioner once you yourself start feeling benefit of this activity, you would understand that all these are different school of thoughts

Yes meditation/ meditation for beginners does involve visualization, body scan, cushion of thoughts, inhale fresh air, lotus feet or thoughts – rather please be as simple as you can for simple meditation

Meditation for beginners is a first step towards this journey called as meditation as most of them would definitely call off before it starts due to various reasons. Meditation or rather meditation for beginners is always customized or exploited by those who have attained a little by some sources; one cannot make someone culprit in life for whatever decisions taken as it is ones responsibility to act according to their belief and experience

Meditation for beginners is a term which needs to be defined again for all as this is the word which is always used by most encroachers

It is the journey which needs to be chosen and ruled by the owner itself right from start itself. Know that this is every ones right to have this activity enrolled into their life to smoothen and strengthen their routines

Meditation for beginners cannot be said as beginners because everyone has this quality of meditation within them only that it is awaken rather it is there in dormant state for some time

You cannot claim that you have moved or you have gained a lot today after meditation session, let your body experience that feeling right into every parts of the body

One cannot enjoy the benefit this activity who comes with dead thoughts –

Difference between Men & women:

Men have issues accepting their faults or weaknesses easily
Women surrenders easily for love & care
Men would reference their friends as they need help in something ( instead of them directly) Women would gladly witness acceptability for compassion

One has to become like a child to accept the fruit of this activity

There are no hard ways for this as there are only soft ways with learning every day and every time as meditation for beginners

Its a belief that when someone does meditation, per session he/she moves to spirituality equal to the width of a single hair

What is meditating/ meditation for beginners : it’s a state which is independent of place or surroundings which is achieved latter with experience

Day in day out, one becomes subtle in their belief and acts that people start noticing change in behavior, belief, subtle nature, maturity & reactions

Some do claim to have quiet place as requirement or to have active meditation practice, to have seated meditation as SOP- standard operating procedure for this- putting in simple terms:

  • It is an activity to drive mind in one direction
  • Yes yoga and meditation do go hand in hand
  • Yes, one can do meditation in open eyes too
  • It does involve Gratitude thoughts
  • Yes some may feel an awakening
  • Rest all nostril breathing, standing or wanders and all are gimmicks. If some have to take precautions like this, one would focus on these things rather than this activity
  • Yes, to have or experience meditation or relaxation, please first enjoy yourself with your mind and thoughts
  • Some may do this with eyes open, gazing something, clearing headspace; falling asleep is also experience while doing this

You cannot claim that you have moved or you have gained a lot today after meditation session/ meditation for beginners at home; let your body experience that feeling right into every parts of the body

  • first & foremost, before you start, one has to WITNESS what is happening with his/her body second and first, what is that your mind is searching for- even when you are sitting idle with eyes closed

  • Some would find hard to NAIL those thoughts coming back to back without your wishes – if you struggling, understand why you were not able to concentrate on anything. To nail this, follow my rule- keep a medium size cotton along your side with soaked in water a little ( should not be dripping state), when you get to that peak of unlimited thought pattern coming, just put a single finger to cotton and feel that wet cotton in your mind, it would OOZE off those thoughts slowly and steadily

  • Till second step, we are getting to know our mind and body- see how much we are flickering in thoughts and patterns of belief. It is quite surprising to note that even after eyes are closed, one cannot stop thoughts and beliefs. In this step, post cotton soaking, initiate this activity, start thanking your body parts – heart, kidney, lungs, liver, eyes, ears and all. I would recommend thank your eyes more so that it should obey you next time in every place we go ( these are the gateways to permanent memories which are saved in mind like “memory card”; so guide these eyes to click or see things which should not linger in mind like TEMP files when you close eyes in meditative state

  • Now, in some days or weeks for some, one would start controlling those thoughts and beliefs up to some extent; now in this state when thoughts are less, our mind starts relaxing which is quite surprising to know( you can find this fact on Try to remain in this state for some days till you start noticing change in your behavior like – speaking method, volume of voice, your eyes and actions which is done per day ( drinking water, eating, walking and talking to partner)

  • In this step, you can try to keep your palm open upwards or relaxed ( whichever you are relaxed) If you feel sleepy while doing meditation i.e. in between meditative state. Its OK as this is called kind of “Half awake and half sleep” state. In this state, one enters into THOUGHTLESSNESS

  • This state of “thought less” is experienced in varied ways i.e. some would experience this state for 5-20 seconds, for some it would be more than 60-120 seconds. This state grows as some one grows in meditation

  • Now important point to note that post meditation, please RUB your hands till the time you feel some heat in them and then put them in such a way it covers eyes and forehead

Benefits of meditation for beginners :

  • Calmness
  • Reduce stress
  • Kindness comes default
  • Words and acts experience stillness
  • Some may start doing walking meditation at later stage
  • Qualities emerge- loving and kindness
  • No mantra for this activity specifically
  • It’s an act transcending from present consciousness to meditative consciousness
  • No specific posture required
  • No technique required; don’t rely on any types of meditation or techniques- we are inbuilt with this quality
  • Enlightenment, it’s an experience which you yourself can experience or define it- no one else for sure
  • Understand that one is born with quality automatically
  • Thought of “let go” comes automatically
  • Cures insomnia with time
  • Experiencing own five senses and enhancing it further

Daily meditation/ meditation for beginners is required to enjoy all above mentioned benefits for every one irrespective of age

If someone would like to sit cross legged or wish to follow this guided meditation method, please do it as per your convenience

Well, I belief that it is a fruit which is inbuilt in every one, only difference is that one has to know how to reach there irrespective of fact as which ever way you choose to reach there

It is like a seed when sown in land would automatically grow with minimum requirements, against which seed would not ask for money neither land would ask for it

This is something we are grown with or rather this mechanism is enabled within us just only difference is that we should ACTIVATE it slowly or steadily

One has to know that everything starts “WITH US” i.e. within us and ends “with us” We experience this WORLD within us and retain this within us, nothing is OUTSIDE

Now this is a fact, nothing is OUTSIDE everything is “INSIDE US” yet one searches happiness all life OUTSIDE

Like happiness cannot be measured with anything in this world, there is no instrument developed to measure state of mind; so being happy be in meditative state is also a choice for all of us choose.

Meditation for beginners is a journey which cannot be claimed unless you travel own your own with your personalized experiences

Irrespective of belief system, we are always forgiven for our acts be it smaller or big

  • Meditation is an activity which cannot be customized like we have classes for different skill sets now. It is a inbuilt state of mind which is in sleep mode for long i.e. from the time of birth and now if someone wants to agitate it, surely it will take some time.

    So that sleep mode is actually different from person to person because of different state of mind and our PRARABH – past life actions

    To understand and practice meditation:

    Would recommend what I am doing for long – it should ideally bring in subtle quality in you, bring poise state of mind, your actions would be more mature and specially to note, eyes should be full of spark i.e. lemme explain this to you

    Spark in eyes – there are some people who are constantly in a state of meditation always which means even if their eyes are open, they are in meditative state. Now point to note:

    When someone new gets into meditation, he/she has to close eyes to control their thoughts to some extent not 100% but it does not help to start with- that’s why one should sit and practice meditation daily at starting and try to cherry pick all thoughts one by one and throw them out for at least 30 minutes. So actually we are talking about getting into state of THOUGHTLESSNESS for some time ( its not that easy but not IMPOSSIBLE in some time)

    Now to imagine this, people who are in meditative state continuously are so mature in doing this activity, and point of difference between them and US

    Their mind behaves the way they want
    mind obeys every command to 95%
    if mind is ordered to sleep, it sleeps with no questions asked and when mind is told to wake up, it does the same
    Most important, EYES is controlled by mind to 100% because events, places and experiences are witnessed by eyes- but mind stores them like camera clicks and memory card or SD card stores it. So clicking what is good is required and they do it in well mannered way
    their poise state is highly addictive (some call this as AURA and some say over confidence)
    How to do meditation:

    whatever state is someone comfortable should sit and do this for some time and then grow substantially
