Points:
- Whatever point or information you have, just be sure of that with facts and authentic data relating to it. For example: % of people opting for sales job in this current year as per this survey, % of current population has this thinking pattern as per this survey
- Work on your tone, as it should not sound mellowed down too much i.e. too much soft as it speaks of less confidence at your part. Example: if you taking interview, and the candidate is speaking very softly, what is your first take on that
- Remember to remember things written in your resume or your job profile, stick to that schedule or details
Additionally, know these facts before appearing for an interview:
- Tip -1 : Sounds silly to say, but one should know in detail about what is the requirement of the company for asked profile. To my surprise, most people who appear for interviews are 70-80% not aware of the requirements; candidates blame consultant or HR for his/her not knowing this fact as “no one told them”
- Tip -2 : Before going for interview tomorrow, just play this game in your mind i.e. Role Play. For some moment, imagine you are the recruiting manager and what would be your questions( before playing this game, prepare first Tip thoroughly). To our surprise, most of the questions would coincide with final asked questions
- Tip -3 : Voice Intonations does matters in your job interviews for sure, why? Because you are meeting the other guy for first time and person is observing you in person for first time, so your posture and voice intonations does make an ROCK solid impact on that person. For example, when you know some answer and no one know sin class, imagine what would be your intonations, just like that one has to answer
