Self Talk & Guidance – an inner conversation which happens while we sail through this journey called Life

“If you are true to yourself, you are winning every relations, career, goal and life moments”

 Everything starts from inside and nothing outside, if we have to win our goal and life, look inside for answers not outside (astrologers, psyche or fortune tellers)

Every thought and idea arises in inside us not outside, so how come one has to ask someone else to correct or direct our self for that goal, it is quite derogatory to mislead our mind and see that if there can be another goal or person who can really stimulate our thoughts or patters in like wise

Please see that we have to win any argument in life, we have to prepared from inside rather than outside i.e. which means one has to prepared from inside with counter attacks in case if it comes related to any communication to win over

In western part of world, we often look for masters of thoughts or people who have achieved their goals in life to guide us or let us lead a healthy life with their learning or practices. So this guidance comes from books or paid sessions which they charge for and irrespective of outcome, one has to achieve these seat/books to overcome that thought of doubt which we have in our self, it’s quite COSTLY!!

“Strive for self-understanding, not self-esteem”

As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such change – Bhagawad Gita Chapter 02, Text 13

As Tupac Shakur Song says, “Life Goes on” – that’s is the way our life flows like river with the passing stations in between; only difference those stations are supposed to amuse us not more than that. The time it crosses that benchmark, it fiddles with whole chemistry of this journey called life

Those stations are supposed to amuse in a way for Love, affection, charm, beauty, glory, infatuation, victory or ecstasy

Head towards next station as that’s the destination for anyone so surprising fact is “we have no time”

As Carl Sagan rightly said “We are like butterflies who flutter for a day and think it is forever”

Moment we start mixing these stations with other things i.e. prioritizing these small station activities to final stations, that’s where we are MISGUIDED for complete life

“We are kept from our goal, not by obstacles but by a clear path to a lesser goal”

For wise men to act on anything we have lot of words of wisdom coming across from all ages and world and one of them is:

“The Mind acts like an enemy for those who do not control it”

Well at this juncture, let me talk about this books which is “Mind Control” by Jose Silva. One should read this book once in life time which is real gem to read before your call yourself a reader

Another book which I would like to suggest is “Self Matters” by Dr. Phillip C McGraw; might not be overthinking, these books would definitely put reader in driver seat for some time (weeks of months) depending on how much content has been grasped

As a parent or a guardian, one should guide their children to read some books which are real gem to overcome any such issue related to self-confidence, self-criticism and guidance for process called life

“Water generally finds its own way if not guided/controlled properly in every corner, same is with life”

Some good habits checklist to follow:

• Target of one book a month
• Clearing one pending task every week, prioritizing it
• Every day, avoid postponing at least 5 tasks
• Keep a discipline for yourself i.e. prioritize and deadline( no excuses)
• Avoid self-talk/ self- criticism for a week/month/quarter progressively
• Learning one skill out of box / month (monetary gain or else too)
• Reduce time on social media per hour weekly
• Get into habit of meditation / power thought room etc
